Pricing & Shipping
Pricing Policy:
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax).
Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers.
We reserve the right to change our prices and/or withdraw from sale any item listed on our site or in store without notice.
We know setting up your nursery can be expensive and that you may find a product cheaper elsewhere, thus we have developed a Price Matching policy to ensure we give you a great deal.
Price Matching Conditions:
- Products must have a Retail Price of a minimum of $100.00
- Sales Catalogue must be current and available for us to view
- Items must be in stock, sorry NO lay-by on price matching.
- We do not match liquidations, auctions sites and discontinued items
- Product in question must be identical (same model and colour)
- All price matching includes freight/delivery charges
- Verbal quotes are not accepted - we are happy to consider written quotes or advertised pricing only and we reserve the right to verify the quote
- No further loyalty discounts apply to items being price matched
- Product must be brand new in the box (we will not price match display/floor stock)
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other BabyO promotion and/or offer
- We will not price match online only retailers
- We reserve the right, not to price match a product if the advertised price does not cover the cost of the product in question. We will however try to be as competitive as possible in order to come to a fair price for both the customer and our store
- Price Matching is available in store only - please call us and we will gladly consider, if you live outside the area
- When Price Matching other stores they must be within a reasonable distance i.e. 15 km radius of BabyO in Brookvale NSW
Delivery & Shipping Guidelines
Orders placed with BabyO are usually dispatched within 48 hours or next business day following receipt of your order confirmation if the items are IN STOCK.
We will notify you within 48 hours if there are any problems or delays in delivery for example item is out of stock. You will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to either cancel and receive a refund or wait until the item is in stock.
If you order a Special Order Item please allow approx 2 - 4 weeks for delivery of these items. If you combine your order with special order items and non special order items on the one order, your order will ship together once the special order items is available. Otherwise place a separate order if you want sent separately
We currently use a flat rate shipping framework however an additional charge may be added to the shipped fee if you are not in a capitol city or if the item/s ordered exceeds 80 cm in any of its dimensions (height, width or depth). A customer service member will contact you to advise the correct shipping to deliver the item to your location. The balance of the shipping fee will be payable prior to dispatch of your order. You may at this time have your order cancelled and refunded if you do not wish to continue.
Regional, Rural & Remote Areas:
An additional charge may be added to the shipping fee (particularly in Regional, Rural & Remote Areas). Once your order is received a customer service member will contact you to advise the correct shipping fee to deliver the item to your location. The balance of the shipping fee will be payable prior to dispatching your order. You may at this time have your order cancelled and refunded if you do not wish to continue.
In Store Pick-Up
You may collect your online purchase from our Brookvale store with prior arrangement and no delivery fee is payable. However, certain brands are not available for pick up; this will be advised to you at the time of your order. Once you are notified that your items are ready for collection you must collect them within 7 days or a holding fee of $20 per week on large bulky items and $5 of small goods per week will apply.
Return of Goods
We accept the return of goods being exchanged in accordance with our returns policy. The cost of postage/shipping of products returned for exchange/refund is not refundable. Goods are returned at your own cost and risk.
We also reserve the right to refuse to provide you with a refund or exchange if the product is not received in its original packaging, it must be undamaged and unused.
Coupons:
All coupons offered by BabyO are subject to change and expiry without notice. Items on sale will not be discounted further by coupons that give a percentage discount.
Errors:
Errors can be made to descriptions or prices, we reserve the right to cancel any order which has been processed but may have an error in pricing or description. If you find an error we would welcome your feedback.
In Store and Online Sale Terms & Conditions:
We reserve the right to change our pricing or withdraw from sale any products without prior notice.
While we will try to honour a store wide sale pricing policy some products will not be able to be included and we reserve the right to exclude these items at our discretion.
Sale pricing will only apply while stocks last. You will be notified if an item has sold out.
